Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Meditaura mobile application (the "App") operated by Meditaura ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Meditaura is a meditation and mindfulness application that provides guided breathing exercises, ambient sound environments ("Realms"), mood journaling, and session tracking. The App is available on iOS and Android.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
The App offers a free tier with limited access (one Realm, one meditation session per day) and a premium subscription that unlocks all Realms and unlimited sessions.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's store settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly.

All content in the App — including audio, video, visuals, shaders, text, and design — is the exclusive property of Meditaura or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is designed to support general well-being and relaxation. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or mental health disorder. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meditaura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms within the App and updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
